	SALE CONDITIONS
	•	WE PROPOSE TWO LEVELS OF PRICES QUOTATION: • Standard • Superior Before the arrival of the group the program and services must be determined and confirmed by written agreement. Prices are proposed in American dollars. CONFIRMATION – PAYMENT Cancel in advance the services: 40% at the reservation and 60% 30 days before the hold in charge of the group. Trek Altitude S.A.C. won’t be responsable of the airflights and other services reservations if the payment is not done as indicated.

PAYMENT:

Cancel in advance the services: 40% at the reservation and 60% 21 work days before the hold in charge of the group, indispensable condition for its realization.

All supplementary service non foreseen in the initial service contract, is payable before the beginning of the service.


	•	SERVICE CONTRAT: The document is a contract between the agency and the customer, must be countersigned and both parts must be in agreement about the payment in advance. All ulterior change will lead to a new contract of services. All supplement took at the place, will be notified by contract at the end of the service.


	•	CANCELLATION: Inform about the cancellation to Trek Altitude S.A.C. immediately, date important to determine the costs according to the following list : From 14 to 08 days before the arrival, deduction of the 25% of the travel price From 07 to 02 days before the arrival, deduction of the 50% of the travel price Less of 02 days or in case of no show, deduction of the 100% of the travel price. * We councel the passengers to take an assurance for risks that may happen during the travel (cancellation or interruption of the trip, lost baggage, robbery, accident, etc.).


	•	MODIFICATION : The client can’t change que trip development while he is travelling, except if exists a written agreement of the organizer. The modification costs are in charge of the client and won’t obtain any reimbursement of the services that he has not got because of the variations. Trek Altitude S.A.C. will not pay back any service not utilized.


	•	RESPONSABILITY: Trek Altitude S.A.C. is responsable of the passengers since the reception « Day 01 » to the last service « End of Our Services ». Is not responsable of any accident, strike, etc., or any action attributable to the passenger or against him. If there is any possibility of danger for the passengers, Trek Altitude S.A.C. can modifie or cancel a part or the whole service. The agency is excempt of any responsability if the passenger refuses the modifications,

•Insurance:
Subscribe a personal insurance to cover repatriation and médical service expenses, in case of an accident or serious incident. The agency will always facilitate all administrative procedure if necessary.

•Few discomforts, it is necessary to considere the physical level of every circuit and get ready consequently, bring a personal pharmacy whose list is provided at the moment of the enrollment and to do the following vaccinations:

- Obligatory: not- Counseled: Yellow fever, Hepatitis B, Tetanus, (Malaria for Amazonie sojourn)

•During the stay:

Do not drink water whose source is doubtful, same way for food, frequently clean hands and keep the nails short for the outdoor activities.
