• Our Agency :

Our agency Trek Altitude S.A.C. is fifteen years old. Recently we have adopted the commercial name "Perou Voyages".

We're dedicated to the classical and adventure tourist travel. Our professional staff has a long land experience in Perú. Some of us are peruvians, french and some with the double nationality.

• The Staff`s Formation :

The land staff formation (guides, coordinators, cooks, mule-drivers, carriers, etc.) is very important. Every year a training course is organized. Three themes are developed:

• Work Experiences and Synthesis Exchange
• Work Basis Techniques Revision
• Work Quality Conditions and Service Improvement

During the circuits progress, quality controls are done by the agency. Regularly, the local services providers are also controled, principally lodgings and transports.

• The Equipment :

The equipment of the agency is managed in an optimum manner for the customer, the tents are frequently changed, even though they are useful, same way for the necessary accessories for the circuits good progress.

In case of specific demands, as for example a superior service, the best solutions and choices will be exposed. Once the definite service contract is done, all change must be written between the customer and Pérou Voyages.
